Viewtrip is not displaying PNR in PDF format. PDF shows an error of ‘RESERVATION NOT FOUND’. This issue is random and does not impact all bookings.
We are currently experiencing intermittent Client ID reset failures using the online reset function in MyTravelport. Customers are getting mixed responses with Proxy error being presented but the success email is still received. Failure sometimes without Proxy error and sometimes following a Proxy error. The development teams are investigating the issue and as more information is known and potential workarounds and ETA to resolution a further update will be sent out. In the meantime customers will call in to their support teams.
